Features
1. The construction waste sorter / sorter uses the separation device of brick and concrete blocks in materials, including a shell. A frame is fixed in the shell, and the frame is installed in the shell through a support at the bottom;
2. The machine frame is equipped with an eccentric vibration mechanism and a sieve plate, the eccentric vibration mechanism is located under the sieve plate and connected with the sieve plate through an articulated transmission rod, the eccentric vibration mechanism is connected with a motor, and the sieve plate is driven by the motor to make elliptical vibration;
3. The lower end of the sieve plate is connected with a brick outlet, the higher end of the sieve plate is connected with a concrete outlet, and the brick outlet and the lower end of the concrete outlet are extended from the shell;
4. The lower part of the construction waste sorting rack is fixed with an air blowing device;
