With the rapid development of industry, the types and quantity of wastewater are increasing rapidly, and the pollution to water body is becoming more and more extensive and serious, which threatens human health and safety.
Industrial waste water refers to the waste water, sewage and waste liquid produced in the process of industrial production, which contains the industrial production materials, intermediate products and products lost with the water as well as the pollutants produced in the production process.
There are still some technical problems that have not been completely solved up to now due to the complex composition and changeable nature of industrial wastewater. This is different from the mature technology of urban sewage treatment. The composition and nature of industrial waste water are quite complex, the treatment is difficult and the cost is large, so comprehensive control measures must be adopted.
Heavy metal waste water, radioactive waste water, inorganic toxic waste water and organic toxic waste water that is difficult to be biodegraded shall be separated from other waste water as far as possible, treated separately on site, and closed-circuit circulation system shall be adopted as far as possible, or proper pretreatment shall be carried out in the plant, and the waste water shall be discharged into the sewer after reaching the discharge standard.
